FINALLY ! AN UPDATEHi Everyone,I want to reach out personally, and on behalf of SugarTop. It’s almost March, and we know many of you are still waiting on prizes from Tokes & Treats — specifically the puzzles and sweatshirts.
I understand how frustrating that is. You showed up, you completed the route, and you earned those items. I’m sorry this has taken longer than expected. To add to the frustration, we know you have been waiting in silence. We have not been able to send out regular updates due to marketing restrictions with cannabis. We are now able to send emails again but unfortunately we are still unable to send or receive text messages. You can contact us directly here: tnt@sugartopbuddery.com
Here’s what’s been going on: Participation exceeded what we originally projected, which meant we had to place a second round of orders to make sure everyone who qualified would receive their prizes. We chose to reorder rather than reduce or substitute items. That required additional production time and additional investment. The puzzles were also delayed in both production and then held in customs. Those combined delays pushed everything further out than we could have imagined. Where things stand now: • The puzzles arrived at our warehouse today(yay!) and the sweatshirts have completed production. • Over the next week we will be creating bags with the puzzles and correct sweatshirt sizes per person.
The next update you get will be a confirmed date when you can go pick them up.
-We have hundreds of bags to make and we appreciate your continued patience. We know this has been frustrating for you and we are especially sorry again for the lack of updates.
Missing Brand Prizes:
As far as brand prizes, we still haven’t been able to rally all the missing items. We have been in contact with brands, but we have not been given a timeline for when we will receive them.
When you picked up your treat bag, we wrote what brand items were missing per bag. We are aware that you are all missing the Millerville prize if you completed that stamp. If you are missing other brand prizes please respond here with Your full name and the brands you did not receive.
